RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with your items.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only.  The amount of store credit you will receive will be the cost of the item plus applicable sales tax less shipping fees.   

Since we don't do exchanges, if we can verify that you repurchased the exact item but different size after your initial order, we will refund the price you paid less shipping cost of the return item.  Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please UNDERSTAND when you take the final step of completing your online order, the order becomes finalized and can't be CHANGED.  If you request your order to be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order, we will stop production and gladly issue a store credit to be used on future purchases. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  Any item with smoke smell and/or pet hair will be returned to you at your cost.  

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging along with invoice and reason for return. If you don't have the original invoice, please include a note with the following information: Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund. Contact us for further return directions.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for store credit/gift card. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note: 

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Items MUST be returned in their original condition, complete with tags intact. They must not be altered in any way-this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to a $8.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.
  • Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within *THREE* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges for your item will be taken out of the total returned amount.
